Image: Spotlight on the Arts 2020 Presented by the UGA Arts Council, the 2020 Spotlight on the Arts festival will feature dozens of events and exhibitions in the visual, literary and performing arts. This year's festival, scheduled for November 4-20 will include both virtual and in-person performances and exhibitions that maintain social distancing.
